Michael Landwirth
Mike Landwirth has been in the commercial/industrial real estate business for 44 years and has developed a number of commercial/industrial projects, has been involved in property management for 30 years and has extensive experience in the sale and leasing of commercial and industrial properties.
Russell Waldschmidt
Russell Waldschmidt is the President and Co-Founder of Wald/Land Corporation. He has been a licensed real estate broker since 1975, specializing in commercial development and buyer represntation for national firms. Prior to founding Wald/Land Corporation, Russ was the Vice President of Becker Companies, a local construction and development company, as well as Manager of the commercial Trust Department of Commercial National Bank.
Julie Waldschmidt
Julie is the Managing Broker for Wald/Land Corporation and a Property Manager for commercial properties in Illinois and Indiana. After graduating from Richwoods High School in Peoria, she attended Bradley University, graduating Cum Laude with a B.S. Degree in Finance. She has served as a member of the Ad Hoc Committee, reviewing the Land Development Code for the City of Peoria and was a former member of the Heart of Peoria Commission. Julie is a Board Member for the Peoria Youth Hockey Associatian, a Sponsor Coordinator, and Team Manager for Youth Hockey, as well as a soccer coach for the Germantown Hills Athletic Association. Julie is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois and Indiana.
Jim Krick
After graduating from Richwoods High School in Peoria, Jim attended college at Arizona State University, Tempe, AZ., graduating with a B.S. Degree in Finance. His expertise lies in being a national tenant and landlord rep, focusing on site selection and the development of retail and restaurant properties. His experience includes: 1980 – Woodmont Companies, Fort Worth, TX, 1990 – Hutton Development Company, Santa Ana, CA, 1993 – David S. Joseph Company, Peoria, IL., 1999 – and Wald Land Corporation, Peoria, IL., where he is Vice President of Leasing & Development. Jim is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), The River Cup Foundation, and has serviced on the Village of Peoria Heights Planning Commission. Jim is licensed real estate broker in the States of Illinois & California.
